Open Access Research Repository - What's in it for you?

13th February 2009, Stirling Management Centre, University of Stirling

Institutional research repositories have many names and take many different formats, their aim however is to make research outputs easily accessible in the public domain. The event aimed to inform researchers and research managers of the positive impact of institutional research repositories in the Scottish context. During the event the research community explored the challenges presented by open access publishing, helping researchers to find ways of making their research more visible, increase citations and start populating their institutional research repository.
